JMMF works with the Walk With Sally organization to enhance its annual day at the beach event by offering Surf Therapy. This is a special event that requires a greater number of volunteers than the typical Ocean Therapy session. Volunteers can be ask to assist in beach activities such as sand castle building, yoga and beach games in addition to water safety and instruction roles.
Walk With Sally is dedicated to lessening the burden of cancer for children and families through critical programs and services through mentorship, mental health support, art healing, and financial empowerment.
