Wounded Warrior Project provides a full spectrum of free support services for veterans, including intensive mental-health and brain-health care through programs like the Warrior Care Network, which offers treatment for PTSD, TBI, depression, and anxiety with no out-of-pocket cost. Additional programs promote physical wellness through adaptive sports and coaching, while the Independence Program supports long-term or severely injured veterans in maintaining independence.
