Ventura College Veterans

Ventura College’s Veterans Resource Center offers personalized support to veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, and eligible dependents — helping with admission and course registration, academic counseling (including transcript evaluation and educational planning), and access to VA or state benefits like GI Bill® and the Cal Vet College Fee Waiver. The VRC gives veterans a dedicated space to relax or study, with computers, printing, lounge/quiet-space, and access to peer networking, mentorship, and wellness-support resources. It also helps coordinate things like priority registration, VA-benefit certification, financial aid or emergency grants, and connections to campus and community resources to support veterans’ educational and transitional success.
